Small group workout for perimeter players. Point Guard, Shooting Guard.

55 minute group workout for power forwards, guards  and perimeter players that focuses on ball handling and shooting. Limited to 8 players per session.

I am offering improvement of ball handling and penetration to the basket and with effective technique to make the shot.  Improvement in one on one and two on two game. With emphasis is on offensive. Defense is important and will be worked on, but the focus is on offense.  Improving the game in transition, 1 on 1 and 2 on 2,  So I am going to educate the players so that they can effectively react to situations during 1:1 and 2 on 2  situations. The basic goal of the program is to improve your game and knowledge of basketball. So you can play as good as you can one on one and two on two.
